These new tongs are capable of handling up to a ceramic dishes that measure up to 4″ in diameter

Simply adjust screw to securely fit your desired size ceramic crucible dish

FUSED SILICA CERAMIC 

Melting dish crucibles can be used for melting Gold, Silver, Brass, Copper and other metals 

Crucibles are made of clay bonded high grade fused silica and withstand temperatures up to 2500°F/1371°C.

The melting dishes can be handled with a tong or “Whip”, crucibles have a pouring spout

Pre- heat the crucible prior to use and glaze with Borax, this will prolong the life of the crucible


REVERSIBLE INGOT MOULDS (SMALL & LARGE)
Perfect for making ingots and wire from scrap Gold and Silver.
G clamp for reversing the moulds is included.

SMALL SIZE SPECIFICATIONS:
Bars can be made 5 mm to 46 mm long.
Depth of the mould is 75 mm and 5 mm thick.
Wire diameters: 3, 4, 5 Or 6 mm wide to a length of 75 mm.

LARGE SIZE SPECIFICATIONS:
Ingot/wire mold height: 4” (100 mm)

Ingot/Sheet width: 3” (75 mm)
Ingot/Sheet thickness: 4.25 mm
Wire diameters: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 mm
