Delivery:
UK delivery is free on every order. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, on the same working day; this is a target, not a guarantee. International delivery is charged by parcel weight and calculated at checkout. Import VAT, duty and customs fees are not collected at checkout and may be due on delivery outside the UK. Full details, including the EU charges, are on our Delivery Rates page.
For UK Customers: If you don’t get your order within 5 working days please do let us know and we will chase this up for you.
For International Customers: If 12 working days have passed and you are still waiting for your order, please get in touch with us so we can resolve this for you.
Returns/Refunds/Exchange:
We operate a 30-day return/refund policy. If you are not happy about your purchase by any means please do contact us on info@toolsmithltd.co.uk and we will happily either exchange the product for you or refund you in full as per your choice.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyers will be responsible for return postage if they simply change their mind or have ordered wrong size/colour etc.
