Disappointing

Unfortunately I ordered this too long ago to return, just tried it for the first time today. I had it shipped overseas because of the advertised quality. It is next to impossible to get an impression using the pliers. Using all the available adjustments, the dies slip under pressure giving only a partial imprint.
